Masai Mara National Reserve

The Maasai Mara National Reserve is synonymous with classic East African safari. Situated in southwestern Kenya along the border with Tanzania’s Serengeti, its expansive grasslands, acacia-dotted ridges, and riverine forests create one of the most productive wildlife habitats on the planet.

Renowned for its high density of lions, leopards, and cheetahs, the Mara offers thrilling predator encounters year-round. Between July and October, the reserve welcomes the Great Migration herds, culminating in dramatic crossings along the Mara and Talek rivers.
